We’ve got you. You can return any full‑priced item for store credit or an exchange as long as it’s sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

To make a return, your item needs to be:

  • In its original condition (aka unworn, unused, unbent, un‑everything)

  • Sent back with all original packaging — tags, boxes, the whole vibe

We can’t take back:

  • Earrings (hygiene… you get it)

  • Engraved or personalised pieces

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Items bought with a discount code or during a sitewide promo are still cool to return, as long as they meet the conditions above.
